In House Training

Before the selected crews and officers are sent to the appointed vessels, they are given two weeks, Pre assigning, in-house training by the DMA approved instructors, for thorough understanding of I.S.M Code, I.S.P.S Code, MARPOL REG:, SOLAS,MLC – 2006 Convention, ect. They are also trained in both theoretical and practical aspects, to become familiar with the instruments, life-saving equipments and other components of the vessels they will be assigned to handle. In the same time, they are taught to fulfill their given duties, to be obedient, to have good relations with officers and crew of different nationalities. They are also taught to speak properly and communicable English at Least.
